Having a home to return to at the end of the day is one of the biggest symbols of socio-economic security for an individual. While government initiatives exist in this regard, Al-Khair Foundation, within its capacity and with the help of benevolent donors, has been implementing housing projects for the underprivileged. For families affected by climate change or natural or economic disasters, the foundation has taken initiatives to provide at least a roof over their heads.

Under this program, a total of 69 homes were built for impoverished and homeless families in 2022, 2023, and 2024. These homes were handed over to 69 families in 12 districts, including Rangpur, Munshiganj, Madaripur, Mymensingh, Sylhet, Moulvibazar, Sunamganj, Feni, Noakhali, Barguna, Khulna, and Cox's Bazar.
