One of the primary objectives of Al-Khair Foundation is to ensure food and nutrition for underprivileged people. In any natural disaster, the most affected are the disadvantaged in society. Therefore, whenever natural calamities like floods, cyclones, or tidal surges occur, Al-Khair Foundation rushes to provide food assistance to the starving. Additionally, during the holy month of Ramadan, Al-Khair Foundation strives to ensure that poor people can fast with two meals a day. To ensure their nutrition, the food package includes rice, lentils, potatoes, powdered milk, eggs, sugar, salt, and oil.

In the last three years alone, from 2022 to 2024, Al-Khair Foundation has provided food assistance to 125,000 underprivileged individuals. Under the program, their food and nutrition were ensured for at least three weeks during times of need.
